Loft on Patriarch Ponds

An apartment in a building dating to 1910. We exposed the original brickwork, removed the later partitions, and merged the living room, kitchen, and dining area into a single volume.

The palette rests on three materials: brick, lime plaster, and tinted oak. Lighting works as its own layer — ambient, task, and accent circuits switch independently.

Furniture was chosen against the window proportions: low silhouettes keep the light front clear and preserve the view along the full length of the apartment.
